Advisor Justice

This site is new, and will be frequently updated.

February 19th, at the pre-trial, the judge announced the final date for the start of the trial. The trial duration is scheduled to last 5 weeks. The trial begins on March 30th, 2026, at the St. Catharines courthouse, located on 59 Church Street. The phone number for court inquiries is: 905-988-6200. Parking is available across the street at City Hall.

Please refer to our new “Updates” page for any new information regarding this case.

The purpose of this site is to share my case, and my personal experience in dealing with the unfair and unjust treatment from MFDA/CIRO and OSC staff.

They destroyed my reputation, my business, 20 years of marriage, and my life.

I have thousands of pages of evidence that will be uploaded to this site, once they are accepted by trial judges as evidence, and becomes public record once the trial against OSC and MFDA/CIRO begins. It is re-scheduled for March 30th of 2026.

Some new information will be available to the public for the first time. It is labeled as “Privileged and Confidential” and has been released to me recently, after a few years of refusal to produce it. It will raise a lot of questions, such as:

Why would regulators, who supposedly protect public interest, hide their Procedure, Investigation and Litigation manuals from the public, and many other documents they use to enforce public interest and safety of their investments?

Why would regulators give themselves immunity from prosecution? Are they above the law?

Why would they extend, for their own benefit, the Statute of Limitations time frame to five years? (Canadian Courts recognition of the same is only two years)

There is very interesting information already available for you to see on this site, check all the tabs.

This trial will open Pandora’s Box and will set a precedent for the Financial Services industry in Canada. It will serve as a lighthouse and will help many others to navigate their course of action to fight the abuse of power by bureaucrats, and demand compensation if they suffered losses before they are found guilty. I have suffered huge losses even after I was found not guilty, more than once.

Many advisors who lost their clients and assets in the last two years (Statute of Limitations time frame) due to unreasonable delay in their registration by OSC  (OSC no longer has leverage in this case, as they are no longer in charge of that process), now can follow my steps and use my case as a guide.

Together, we can change current unfair system and force CIRO (who is now in charge of registration process and still does it the same way as OSC did) to include Duty of Care in their Procedure Manual.

Bureaucrats should never have the power to strip an innocent (As per Presumption of Innocence, we are all innocent until proven guilty in the Court of Law, in our case, at least by Hearing Panel) person to earn an honest living. Registration should be automatic and immediate. If there are any allegations, close or strict supervision would be appropriate until those allegations were either proven or dismissed.

They should be fully aware of the consequences for abuse of their power, and must remember that they deal with real people, who have families, mortgages, kids’ education, bills, etc.

I hope that my case will bring so much public attention and response, that it will eventually force the Federal Government to create a federal regulator for our industry. Where we can seek justice for unfair treatment from Provincial regulators and SROs, instead of waiting years for the trial and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to receive justice.

My main goal is to force regulators to apply Duty of Care, instead of treating us as expendables. That itself will eliminate most issues we face with dealing with regulators.

I will do my best to provide updates and upload new information from my case, or other Advisor’s cases as frequently as possible.

In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me. This site is not a forum, but I will try to help you in any way I can.
