Some more questions have been raised that I want to address:

1) I did NOT sign any exclusive rights for publication, I'm seeking exposure from coast-to-coast, and from down south.

2) I will NOT agree to any interviews until after the trial judge makes their decision. Regardless of the outcome, my goal is to have all evidence available for public record. Then, interviews with my comments and explanations will be appropriate.

3) The courtroom in St. Catharines will not be large enough for all who have been invited. In my opinion, there is no need for you to appear in-person as it will be a long trial (March 30 - May 14), and it may be expensive to stay at a hotel for a month and a half. Digital transcripts and documents will be available to the public after the trial. In the mean time, I will do my best to upload (on weekends) what was used and said during the week at the trial.

In regards to the regulators' "Immunity From Prosecution" concerns that some of you have raised:

1) They have tried this at the beginning, and have failed.

2) We are very confident that we have undeniable, and undisputable facts supporting my claim. Some of this has been provided to us recently, and this will not allow them to claim simple negligence.

3) The final decision regarding immunity will be made by the trial judge AFTER a public trial has concluded. This means all facts, documents, and witness testimonies will become public record, and will provide ammunition to those who are considering their claims against the regulators.

This is all I can say at this point, more details will be released in the future.

On this page I will provide answers to questions that are frequently asked. All other answers will be provided on an individual basis via email, or over the phone. This will be during weekends only, as I am extremely busy during the week making preparations for the trial.

Many have asked if I am after money, or revenge. Neither. Although I would like to be compensated for my loss, my mission is to seek justice for myself, my family, and all advisors who have been victimized.

Any answers for questions that are asked frequently will be posted here soon.

After the site has been re-opened, and invitations have been sent to the media, and bloggers covering our industry, I have been surprised with the overwhelming amount of questions so many of you have about the details of my case, and the upcoming trial. I am unable to reveal everything just yet, and while I appreciate the interest in my story, I do not want to give the defendants in my case a chance to turn this into a mistrial. Please be patient, we will get there, one step at a time. Any information I am permitted to release will be published as soon as possible.
